Biography
Graham Svensen is the Director of Skillset Aviation. Following
an 18-year career as an Army helicopter pilot and instructor, he
transitioned into an 11-year career in civil Paramilitary and
HEMS operations and is currently based in Brisbane. Graham has
been the head of training for Army Blackhawk and MRH90
platforms, Toll Helicopters, Lifeflight Australia, and Westpac
Rescue Helicopter Service. During this time, he has developed
and had certified CASR Part 141/142 training organizations and
an RTO, written training manuals, and developed numerous
curriculums. Graham was responsible for the creation of the
training systems we see today at Toll’s Aeromedical Centre of
Excellence Training Centre (ACE-TC) in Sydney.
Graham is a senior CASA Flight Examiner for a wide variety of
Licences and Ratings, including Flight Instructor and ATPL and
conducts Flight Examiner mentoring and development. Graham also
provides a range of company and industry mentoring training
sessions and provides a consulting service for document writing,
flight testing, and public speaking. Graham has recently
developed an online training platform incorporating 3d immersive
technology to provide the highest quality and most immersive
online training available.
